Market Research

Let's start off by interviewing your prospects in order to get a better understanding of their world. This will allow us to take an empirical approach to building outbound copy and ensure higher conversion rates. 

Software Stack Setup

We'll build and setup the software infrastructure in order to lay the ground work of your sales/marketing process. We'll need a few more tools in addition to Apollo.

Outbound Campaigns

We'll setup, build, and manage early stage outbound campaigns (email & linedIn). The goal here is to be able to book at least 10 qualified meetings per month with prospects in your niche. Once we've achieved this we can talk about scaling up our approaches. 

Sales Process

We also need to make sure that we're closing the meetings that we're booking. We'll work with you in order to script out and provide structure to these conversations making them as repeatable as possible. The goal is to achieve a 20% closing rate. 

Scaling

We help your organization get to the next level. Once we have outbound campaigns that are converting we can talk about ramping things up. We do this through automation, delegation, and experimentation with other early stage marketing strategies.
